ICoCA accepts complaints involving ICoCA Member and Affiliate Companies
Complaints may be submitted by anybody who has been harmed or has reason to believe that a violation of the Code occurred or is about to occur.
Complaints may be submitted via:
We speak English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. For other languages we may ask one of our civil society organisation Members for support.
The Association will acknowledge receipt of the complaint as soon as possible. All information will be kept strictly confidential and no action will be taken without the consent of the concerned person.
