Tailored Feedback

ICoCA provides tailored feedback to its Member and Affiliate companies in response to their annual Company Self-Assessment. Tailored feedback with senior management ensures each Member and Affiliate is able to develop an annual workplan focusing on areas for improvement and to track progress over time as it works to achieve the gold standard represented by ICoCA Certification.

Networking

As an Association, ICoCA provides a safe space for its Members and Affiliates to network with each other and share best practices and experiences across and between all sectors – corporate, government and civil society. ICoCA provides mentoring opportunities for its Member and Affiliate companies with a special focus on building capacity amongst its small and medium sized companies.
