HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY!

International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate the strength, resilience and expertise of women in private security. From frontline professionals to strategic decision-makers, women are shaping the future of our industry and redefining leadership in this field.

Yet challenges remain. Women are still underrepresented in top-level positions and face barriers such as harassment, gender-based violence and the pressure to balance family-work responsibilities. Stereotypes and a lack of supportive conditions also hinder their progress in the industry.

Despite these obstacles, there is growing acceptance and advocacy for women in the industry. Through skill, dedication and perseverance, women continue to make a lasting impact and pave the way for future generations.

On this International Women’s Day, we honour their achievements and look ahead to a future where their leadership continues to inspire and guide the industry forward.
