ICoCA uses Jotform to securely collect data from applicant companies, Members and Affiliates, ensuring that your information is handled with the utmost care and protection. Jotform is a trusted platform that offers robust security features, including the ability to save your progress and continue later, allowing you to confidently submit sensitive information at your convenience.

All form submissions on Jotform are encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of security employed by online banking institutions. Additionally, Jotform provides options for data encryption at rest, meaning your data is stored in an encrypted format on their servers. Jotform is fully compliant with major data protection regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, ensuring your information is managed according to the highest standards. With these protections in place, you can confidently upload sensitive information, knowing it is secure and accessible only to authorized individuals.

The “Save and Continue Later” feature on Jotform is designed with security in mind to ensure your data remains protected during the form-filling process. When using this feature, any partially completed form data is temporarily stored on Jotform’s secure servers, protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption that safeguards all submissions. The saved data is accessible only via a unique, encrypted link sent to the email address you provide, ensuring that only authorised individuals can resume and complete the form. Furthermore, this data is not stored indefinitely; it remains secure and private until the form is finalised and submitted, providing peace of mind at every step.
