Charline Crétin

Programme & Membership Officer

As Programme & Membership Officer, Charline contributes to the coordination and delivery of ICoCA’s programme activities across priority countries, including project planning, monitoring and reporting. She is involved in the development of project proposals and contributes to ensuring alignment with donor requirements. She also plays an active role in the implementation of ICoCA’s EU-funded project, supporting coordination across participating countries and the organisation of capacity-building activities.

Charline holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialisation in Russia and Eastern Europe and brings prior experience in project coordination, communication and event management in international contexts.
