Madeleine Thill

Junior Project & Advocacy Officer

As Junior Project and Advocacy Officer at ICoCA, Madeleine supports the organisation’s advocacy workstream across focus countries, coordinating activities, engages with civil society partners and seeks to advance responsible private security practices. She also contributes to the implementation of the EU-funded project, assisting in the design and delivery of training and supports legal research on relevant regulatory frameworks.

In addition to her work on advocacy and training, Madeleine holds a Master’s degree in international humanitarian law and human rights from the Geneve Academy.
