Tom is Head of Risk and Compliance at ICoCA, focusing on improving security governance. At ICoCA he oversees guidance, certification, training and monitoring. Tom has 25 years of experience in the security field, which includes on-the-ground security management in more than 20 countries across conflict, post-conflict and fragile environments.

Tom holds an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University (US).
