Irena is one of ARB Security female private security employees. She is 43 years old and has been working for the company for more than seven years. Irena is is married and she has two children.

Before working as security employee, Irena has been a dressmaker. Then, she was trained and certified in the security field.

During her first two years with the company she worked as a security guard in sport/cultural events. She then trained as an operator in ARB Security’s Control Center.

Irena says ‘I like very much this job. At the beginning I had my doubts if I were to adapt to this job. But, with the proper training and the support of my family and colleagues I succeeded. The dynamic of this job keeps me alive.’
