Les <a href=\"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/fr\/2023\/12\/14\/when-the-abused-becomes-the-abuser-policy-brief-report\/\">recherches d&rsquo;ICoCA sur les conditions de travail dans le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e<\/a> indiquent que le personnel f\u00e9minin est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis importants et continue de subir du harc\u00e8lement, des abus, etc., ce qui affecte leur vie professionnelle et leur sant\u00e9 mentale et physique. La compr\u00e9hension du genre est souvent binaire et \u00e9troite, et les avantages de la diversit\u00e9 des genres sont infond\u00e9s. Les femmes occupent rarement des postes de direction, ce qui sape le pouvoir participatif des diverses identit\u00e9s de genre. Les tendances patriarcales peuvent alors renforcer les dynamiques de genre n\u00e9fastes pour le personnel et les civils.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque de diversit\u00e9 a sans doute des cons\u00e9quences directes sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e et sur le respect des droits humains par le personnel lors des op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 ces conclusions, ICoCA a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau projet de recherche sur la diversit\u00e9 des genres dans l&rsquo;industrie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e en partenariat avec l&rsquo;Institut de Hautes \u00c9tudes Internationales et du D\u00e9veloppement. Ce projet de recherche vise \u00e0 aborder les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des genres dans les Entreprises de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Priv\u00e9e (ESP), telles que les obstacles \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la diversit\u00e9 des genres, la perp\u00e9tuation du harc\u00e8lement, des abus et de l&rsquo;exploitation du personnel f\u00e9minin et des civils, et les m\u00e9canismes susceptibles d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la diversit\u00e9 des genres tout en pr\u00e9venant les pr\u00e9judices sexosp\u00e9cifiques et autres abus au cours des op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9es.
