ICoCA a le plaisir d’annoncer que les r\u00e9sultats de l’auto-\u00e9valuation des entreprises (CSA) 2021 sont d\u00e9sormais disponibles. La CSA est un questionnaire que toutes les entreprises membres et affili\u00e9es doivent remplir chaque ann\u00e9e. Il offre aux entreprises l’occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux succ\u00e8s, aux d\u00e9fis et aux pr\u00e9occupations concernant la mani\u00e8re dont l’entreprise met en \u0153uvre les principes du Code de conduite international.<\/p>\n

Taux de r\u00e9ponse<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le taux de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l’\u00e9valuation CSA 2021 est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Sur les 98 entreprises Membres et Affili\u00e9es, seules quatre n’ont pas termin\u00e9 l’\u00e9valuation. Ces quatre entreprises avaient annonc\u00e9 avant le lancement de la CSA qu’elles se retireraient d’ICoCA. Parmi ces entreprises, l’une s’est retir\u00e9e en raison de changements dans son principal environnement op\u00e9rationnel (Afghanistan), une autre s’est retir\u00e9e, mais a depuis demand\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 rejoindre ICoCA, tandis qu’une autre entreprise s’est retir\u00e9e parce qu’elle n’op\u00e9rait plus en tant qu’entreprise de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e. Elle a r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ICoCA en tant qu’Observateur par l’interm\u00e9diaire d’une autre entit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Recommandations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sur la base de l’analyse de la CSA 2021, les principales recommandations sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n

  1. Les entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e doivent s’assurer qu’elles ont mis en place un processus permettant d’identifier les impacts potentiels et n\u00e9gatifs sur les droits de humains qui d\u00e9coulent de leurs activit\u00e9s en cours et propos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n
  2. Les entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e doivent d\u00e9terminer quelle(s) langue(s) est (sont) appropri\u00e9e(s) pour les parties prenantes et communiquer avec elles dans cette langue.<\/li>\n
  3. Les entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e doivent surveiller activement leurs syst\u00e8mes de signalement des incidents et reconna\u00eetre que l’absence d’incidents ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement qu’il n’y a pas d’incidents.<\/li>\n
  4. Les entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e doivent veiller \u00e0 ce que les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9lection et de contr\u00f4le d\u00e9crites dans le code s’appliquent aux sous-traitants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
