Co-financ\u00e9e par l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, elle est le fruit d\u2019une collaboration entre ICoCA, TRIAL International, OEARSE RDC, African Law Foundation, CDD-Centro Para Democracia e Direitos Humanos, le Iraqi Human Rights Defenders and Activists Consortium, INDEPAZ, IEPADES Guatemala.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative lance un <a href=\"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Lignes-directrices-pour-les-candidats_FSTP_ECAI_DRC_WC.pdf\"><strong>appel \u00e0 candidatures<\/strong><\/a> pour une subvention secondaire visant \u00e0 mener un projet de recherche aboutissant \u00e0 la publication d\u2019une \u00e9tude nationale exhaustive sur les conditions de travail du personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e et les violations potentielles des droits humains qui y sont li\u00e9es, affectant les cha\u00eenes de valeur dans des secteurs \u00e0 haut risque tels que les industries extractives, la sylviculture, l\u2019agriculture et la finance en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montant de la subvention secondaire <\/strong>: 30 000 EUR<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e <\/strong>: 3 \u00e0 6 mois<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"946\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Un seul projet<\/span> sera s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dans le cadre de cette subvention secondaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9ligibilit\u00e9 <\/strong>: Les candidats doivent \u00eatre une organisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, une organisation non gouvernementale ou toute autre entit\u00e9 \u00e0 but non lucratif et :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00eatre une entit\u00e9 juridique d\u00fbment enregistr\u00e9e en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo et op\u00e9rationnelle depuis au moins 3 ans ;<\/li>\n<li>avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9 des recherches sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \/ la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e et\/ou les droits du travail ;<\/li>\n<li>disposer d\u2019un syst\u00e8me comptable fonctionnel permettant d\u2019enregistrer avec pr\u00e9cision toutes les transactions financi\u00e8res li\u00e9es au projet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant de soumettre votre
