La pr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 l\u2019un des d\u00e9fis persistants du secteur : les mauvaises conditions de travail du personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, souvent un risque n\u00e9glig\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019industrie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"1470\">La r\u00e9union a soulign\u00e9 le fort potentiel d\u2019apprentissage mutuel entre ICoCA et Ipieca. Les participants ont \u00e9galement examin\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les entreprises op\u00e9rant en Am\u00e9rique latine, notamment les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, les conflits sociaux, la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e et les risques locaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les discussions ont mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance croissante des achats responsables dans la r\u00e9gion.
