Dans ces espaces, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, de centres de traitement et de d\u00e9tention des demandes d&rsquo;immigration ou de prisons, les conditions de vie et le respect des droits humains peuvent ne pas \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate en raison du manque de r\u00e9glementation et de surveillance.
