Les femmes sont encore sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les postes de haut niveau et se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles tels que le harc\u00e8lement, la violence fond\u00e9e sur le sexe et la pression exerc\u00e9e pour concilier les responsabilit\u00e9s familiales et professionnelles. Les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et le manque de conditions favorables entravent \u00e9galement leur progression dans l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces obstacles, les femmes sont de plus en plus accept\u00e9es et d\u00e9fendues dans ce secteur.
