La CSDDD impose un devoir de vigilance pour traiter les risques li\u00e9s aux droits humains, y compris ceux associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e, tandis que la CSRD exige une transparence accrue dans les pratiques de durabilit\u00e9. Ces mesures incitent les entreprises et les fournisseurs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier des pratiques responsables et le respect des droits humains.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces changements, ICoCA a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un nouveau <strong>Plan strat\u00e9gique pour 2024-2030<\/strong>, ax\u00e9 sur le bien-\u00eatre du personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, une transition juste, une responsabilit\u00e9 accrue et l&rsquo;utilisation responsable des nouvelles technologies dans le secteur. Ces efforts garantissent qu&rsquo;ICoCA continue de soutenir ses partenaires dans l&rsquo;adaptation \u00e0 ce paysage r\u00e9glementaire en \u00e9volution tout en promouvant des pratiques \u00e9thiques et durables. Ce Plan strat\u00e9gique 2024-2030 vise \u00e0 positionner ICoCA comme la principale plateforme pour \u00e9tablir des normes internationales \u00e0 l&rsquo;intersection de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e et des droits humains, tout en garantissant le respect des droits humains et du droit international humanitaire dans le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e. Le Plan est structur\u00e9 autour de cinq priorit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ICoCA-Strategic-Plan-2024-2030.pdf\"><strong><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-68662 alignright\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" src=\"https:\/\/icocabackup.instawp.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Strategic-Plan-Cover.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"570\" \/><\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gionalisation<\/strong> : Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondialis\u00e9e d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, les entreprises et les prestataires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e sont soumis \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le accru concernant leurs pratiques en mati\u00e8re de droits humains, en particulier dans les contextes \u00e0 haut risque, o\u00f9 la gouvernance est faible et l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de droit fragile. L&rsquo;obligation de respecter les droits humains est universelle pour toutes les entit\u00e9s et acteurs commerciaux, quel que soit leur lieu d&rsquo;activit\u00e9. Cependant, les contextes locaux divers et complexes n\u00e9cessitent des approches personnalis\u00e9es pour la diligence raisonnable en mati\u00e8re de droits humains et la gestion des risques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditions de travail<\/strong> : Garantir des conditions de travail positives pour le personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e est essentiel pour la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie et efficace du Code de conduite international. Des recherches men\u00e9es par ICoCA ont montr\u00e9 que ces conditions sont des facteurs d\u00e9terminants, non seulement pour le respect des droits humains dans le secteur, mais aussi pour pr\u00e9venir les abus de la part du personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transition juste<\/strong> : La \u00ab Transition juste \u00bb d\u00e9signe le passage \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie plus verte de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable et inclusive, cr\u00e9ant des opportunit\u00e9s d&#8217;emplois d\u00e9cents et ne laissant personne de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Bien que la transition vers les \u00e9nergies renouvelables offre un immense potentiel pour lutter contre le changement climatique, elle doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en tenant compte des droits humains.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nouvelles technologies<\/strong> : L&rsquo;industrie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e conna\u00eet une transformation importante avec l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de nouvelles technologies qui compl\u00e8tent les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 traditionnels. Ces avanc\u00e9es technologiques visent \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des prestataires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e dot\u00e9s de technologies, en introduisant des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 innovants et en red\u00e9finissant le paysage du march\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
