En collaboration avec DCAF – Centre de Gen\u00e8ve pour la gouvernance du secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l’Observatoire d’\u00c9tudes et d’Appui \u00e0 la Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale et Environnementale (OEARSE), Membre OSC d’ICoCA, ICoCA a rejoint un groupe diversifi\u00e9 d’acteurs \u00e0 Kinshasa, en RDC, les 26 et 27 mars 2024, pour d\u00e9velopper collectivement les termes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d’une base de donn\u00e9es sur les entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9es et un mod\u00e8le de contrat pour les clients qui les engagent.<\/p>\n

Avec le soutien des ambassades de Suisse et du Royaume-Uni, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des acteurs de six provinces et de Kinshasa, y compris des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, des membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des entreprises.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s deux jours de collaboration, les \u00e9bauches d’outils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9es et approuv\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 Kinshasa. ICoCA a apport\u00e9 son expertise sur les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de gestion des donn\u00e9es et de passation de march\u00e9s dans le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
