Cet impact est triple. Premi\u00e8rement, les ESP peuvent avoir un impact direct sur la situation humanitaire des populations dans les zones de crise : elles contr\u00f4lent les points de contr\u00f4le et les zones peupl\u00e9es, contribuent \u00e0 la violence ou s\u2019occupent des personnes en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, comme les migrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Deuxi\u00e8mement, les organisations humanitaires ont d\u00e9sormais largement recours \u00e0 des acteurs priv\u00e9s de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour assurer la protection de leur personnel, de leurs biens et de leurs op\u00e9rations. Cette \u00e9volution r\u00e9cente peut non seulement brouiller la perception des organisations humanitaires en tant qu\u2019acteurs neutres, mais aussi cr\u00e9er des risques pour les personnes qu\u2019elles aident, lorsque des agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mal contr\u00f4l\u00e9s ou mal form\u00e9s abusent de leur pouvoir.
