Gr\u00e2ce au g\u00e9n\u00e9reux soutien du gouvernement britannique, l&rsquo;Association a pu s&rsquo;appuyer sur ses Lignes directrices sur la pr\u00e9vention et le lutte contre l&rsquo;exploitation et des abus sexuels (PSEA), et d\u00e9velopper un cours en ligne, lequel est d\u00e9sormais disponible en anglais sur le portail de l&rsquo;ICoCA, et gratuitement pour toutes les entreprises membres et affili\u00e9es de l&rsquo;ICoCA.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation en ligne offre une introduction \u00e0 la PSEA pour le personnel des entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e. Il est compos\u00e9 de quatre modules con\u00e7us pour sensibiliser les apprenants avec une s\u00e9rie de mesures visant \u00e0 lutter contre l&rsquo;exploitation et les abus sexuels. Au moyen de vid\u00e9os, d&rsquo;exemples et d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de cas, le cours familiarise les apprenants aux normes de conduite de l&rsquo;ICoCA vis-\u00e0-vis de l&rsquo;exploitation et les abus sexuels, ainsi qu\u2019aux obligations du personnel \u00e0 respecter ces normes, comment \u00e9viter les abus et comment, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les signaler.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>\u201cBeaucoup de personnes ne veulent pas signaler des abus. Se servir des entretiens de sortie au moment du d\u00e9part de personnel peut \u00eatre une bonne alternative. Il faut aussi encourager le signalement par d\u2019autres parties prenantes (victimes \/ survivants et t\u00e9moins).\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La formation en ligne aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 mieux comprendre l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;exploitation et des abus sexuels sur les victimes et tiers, ainsi que les cons\u00e9quences pour le personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 commettant de tels actes. Le dernier module porte sur les responsabilit\u00e9s de la direction en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention de l&rsquo;exploitation et des abus sexuels, et sur l\u2019application des normes de conduite.<\/p>\n<p>Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier les six entreprises Membres qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du cours pour leurs commentaires et retours pr\u00e9cieux et pour leur disponibilit\u00e9 tout au long du processus de d\u00e9veloppement de la formation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette approche collaborative, l&rsquo;ICoCA tente de faire en sorte que les modules soient aussi conviviaux et contextualis\u00e9s que possible, alors que les entreprises Membres et Affili\u00e9es de l&rsquo;ICoCA op\u00e8rent dans des contextes et des cultures diff\u00e9rents. Afin de rendre le cours le plus utile possible, l&rsquo;Association encourage les entreprises \u00e0 utiliser le mat\u00e9riel de cours pour la formation de leur propre personnel. Nous esp\u00e9rons qu&rsquo;une approche mixte de formation en ligne et en personne, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux, ainsi que la collaboration et l\u2019\u00e9change de bonnes pratiques et de d\u00e9fis contribuera \u00e0 \u00e9lever les normes du secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>\u201cDans notre cours de formation, il est important de mettre l&rsquo;accent sur le fait que le personnel doit collaborer et s&rsquo;entraider pour respecter les normes.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A travers ce premier cours en ligne, l&rsquo;ICoCA pilote cette approche et attend avec int\u00e9r\u00eat le retour de ses entreprises Membres et Affili\u00e9es sur le sujet afin de pouvoir proposer la meilleure exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recherche de soutien financier pour d\u2019avantage de modules de formation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ICoCA a pour souhait de traduire ce cours en plusieurs langues, et de produire davantage de formation en ligne sur d&rsquo;autres principes importants du Code.
