Je connais les noms des 371 agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de mon p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, les sites des clients sur lesquels ils sont affect\u00e9s et les dispositifs d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur ces sites, je dois maitriser les planning, g\u00e9rer les humeurs et pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n

Forc\u00e9ment, la vie familiale est impact\u00e9e avec des horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s. Nous nous devons de respecter nos engagements envers nos clients et le premier est d\u2019\u00eatre ponctuel pour les mises en place de nos agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Alors pas question d\u2019\u00eatre en retard et les journ\u00e9es d\u00e9butent t\u00f4t. Croyez-moi, il faut une certaine poi- gne pour houspiller les retardataires ou rappeler la conformit\u00e9 au r\u00e8glement !<\/p>\n

Je reconnais qu\u2019avoir ce caract\u00e8re affirm\u00e9 et s\u2019imposer a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9stabilisant au d\u00e9but. Aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019aime autant ce que je fais et je souhaite progresser. Un jour, \u00eatre \u00ab responsable de zone \u00bb serait une belle revanche et prouverait \u00e0 certains hommes que pour les femmes, ce sont nos comp\u00e9tences qui parlent et que nous pouvons m\u00eame faire mieux. \u00ab\u00a0A premi\u00e8re vue, assistante \u00e0 la Direction d\u2019Exploitation, cela parait assez admi- nistratif : planning, fournisseurs, rapports, etc… tout ce que l\u2019inconscient collectif inclut dans le terme \u00ab assistante \u00bb.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans le mot \u00ab Exploitation \u00bb que la particularit\u00e9 r\u00e9side car pour partie, l\u2019ex- ploitation, ce sont 1 700 agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, 80 v\u00e9hicules d\u2019intervention, des \u00e9quipages \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 notre secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9, des interventions en cas de d\u00e9clenchement d\u2019alerte, des consignes qui doivent \u00eatre strictement appliqu\u00e9es ….. par une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019hommes.<\/p>\n

On peut se faire happer par ce m\u00e9tier : c\u2019est prenant, avec des situations im- promptues auxquelles il faut donner une r\u00e9ponse. S\u2019engager aupr\u00e8s du client, cela bouscule parfois un peu son planning personnel. Alors tout en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9e, j\u2019essaie de pr\u00e9server un \u00e9quilibre avec ma vie de famille. La stabilit\u00e9 familiale favorise l\u2019implication professionnelle alors il faut veiller aux 2.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame si l\u2019on constate une \u00e9volution, il est regrettable que certaines femmes, de par la culture, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle elles appartiennent, soient elles-m\u00eames convaincues que des m\u00e9tiers leur sont inaccessibles.
