Elles peuvent \u00eatre de plus en plus sollicit\u00e9es pour fournir des services aux op\u00e9rations humanitaires dans diff\u00e9rents pays ou pour aider \u00e0 faire respecter les mesures de confinement. Cela leur donne souvent le pouvoir de d\u00e9cider qui peut avoir la libert\u00e9 de mouvement ou non.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode difficile, il est essentiel de garantir la responsabilit\u00e9 du personnel et des populations &#8211; ainsi que la pr\u00e9vention et la protection contre l&rsquo;exploitation, les abus et le harc\u00e8lement sexuels (EASP) &#8211; tout en fournissant des services. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des situations d&rsquo;urgence pass\u00e9es a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;au cours de l&rsquo;intensification des op\u00e9rations, le risque de SEAH augmente. L&rsquo;augmentation des effectifs ou le changement de personnel, combin\u00e9s \u00e0 une demande \u00e9lev\u00e9e et \u00e0 une offre insuffisante ou in\u00e9gale de nourriture, de fournitures sanitaires, d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et autres, augmentent les risques. En outre, les modes d&rsquo;exploitation et d&rsquo;abus perp\u00e9tuent des cycles d&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 dans des environnements d\u00e9j\u00e0 en proie \u00e0 une violence prolong\u00e9e. Le PSEAH constitue donc une composante essentielle d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 significative.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/fr\/le-code\/\">Le Code de conduite international pour les prestataires de services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e <\/a>\u2018 (le \u00ab\u00a0Code\u00a0\u00bb) \u00e9nonce, au paragraphe 38, des exigences claires pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s membres d&rsquo;ICoCA en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et de lutte contre l&rsquo;exploitation et les abus sexuels et la violence sexiste. Il est important de travailler de mani\u00e8re responsable, de faire preuve de bonnes pratiques pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du code ainsi qu&rsquo;aux attentes des clients, des donateurs et de la population en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral afin de maintenir la confiance, la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9putation de l&rsquo;entreprise et du secteur dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>ICoCA a produit des directives sp\u00e9cifiques pour ses entreprises membres afin de renforcer les mesures de PSEAH pendant les op\u00e9rations COVID-19, et fournit un soutien individualis\u00e9 pour faciliter leur adoption. Ces ressources exposent une approche par \u00e9tapes autour de la r\u00e9duction des risques, du reporting, de la communication et de la r\u00e9ponse pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9paration organisationnelle des PSEAH.
