Elle joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le actif dans la mise en \u0153uvre du projet financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, en contribuant \u00e0 la coordination entre les pays participants et \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019activit\u00e9s de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Charline est titulaire d\u2019un Master en relations internationales, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation sur la Russie et l\u2019Europe m\u00e9diane.
