Antoine Perret a a pour mission de d\u00e9velopper le pilier de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de soutenir les OSC Membres, en d\u00e9veloppant leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place des m\u00e9canismes de responsabilit\u00e9 efficaces et en plaidant en faveur d’une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e responsable. Avant de rejoindre ICoCA, Antoine a travaill\u00e9 au sein de la Division Affaires et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Centre de Gen\u00e8ve pour la Gouvernance de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (DCAF), o\u00f9 il a g\u00e9r\u00e9 des projets et men\u00e9 des recherches sur la gouvernance de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e. Avant cela, il \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 au Panama o\u00f9 il travaillait sur la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement du terrorisme et dirigeait un projet r\u00e9gional sur la cartographie des activit\u00e9s du crime organis\u00e9 en Am\u00e9rique latine. Antoine a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans les milieux universitaires en tant que chercheur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Universidad de Los Andes (Bogota, Colombie), chercheur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 Columbia (New York, \u00c9tats-Unis) et \u00e0 l’American University (Washington DC, \u00c9tats-Unis). Il a enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Universidad Externado de Colombia et a collabor\u00e9 avec des agences des Nations Unies sur des questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de droits humains.<\/span><\/p>\n

Antoine est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Droit et d’un LLM de l’Institut Universitaire Europ\u00e9en (Florence, Italie) ; d’un Master en Affaires Internationales de l’Universidad Externado de Colombia (Bogota, Colombie) – en collaboration avec Columbia University et Science Po, Paris ; et d’une Licence en Relations Internationales de l’Institut de Hautes \u00c9tudes Internationales et du D\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, Suisse.
