Las discusiones con grandes ESPs que exploran la membres\u00eda, como Halogen Security, y clientes como ABB, destacaron la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n para fortalecer la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en todo el sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3566\" data-end=\"3901\">Los encuentros con el Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), incluyendo a la Deputy Commandant General Bridget Taylor, continuaron el di\u00e1logo sobre la posible participaci\u00f3n del gobierno en ICoCA, mientras que las reuniones con las misiones suiza y brit\u00e1nica reforzaron el valor de enfoques de m\u00faltiples partes interesadas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3903\" data-end=\"4204\">El aumento del costo de vida y los bajos salarios hacen que muchos miembros del personal de seguridad sean vulnerables a largas jornadas, pobreza y corrupci\u00f3n. Para abordar estos desaf\u00edos, ICoCA realizar\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximamente una encuesta nacional sobre las condiciones de trabajo del personal de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4206\" data-end=\"4794\">Como parte de la <strong>Iniciativa de Responsabilidad Empresarial (IRE)<\/strong>, ICoCA tambi\u00e9n imparti\u00f3 un taller de tres d\u00edas para organizaciones de la sociedad civil en Nigeria, capacitando a los participantes para monitorear y documentar abusos corporativos de derechos humanos y ambientales vinculados a proveedores de seguridad privada, especialmente en sectores de alto riesgo como extractivo y agroindustria.
