El evento destac\u00f3 los roles espec\u00edficos de cada grupo de partes interesadas y la importancia de la acci\u00f3n colectiva.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"4135\">Representantes del gobierno de Mozambique, del FDFA suizo y del FCDO del Reino Unido subrayaron la necesidad de fortalecer la regulaci\u00f3n y mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones estatales. Actores de la industria, incluyendo G4S, GardaWorld, Executive Protection y Gemfields Group, compartieron buenas pr\u00e1cticas e iniciativas para elevar los est\u00e1ndares operativos. Los clientes discutieron su papel en la promoci\u00f3n de la seguridad responsable, mientras que las organizaciones de la sociedad civil presentaron su trabajo en la documentaci\u00f3n de violaciones, detecci\u00f3n de patrones y apoyo a los mecanismos de reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4137\" data-end=\"4333\">Un tema central fue la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre sectores, con un fuerte \u00e9nfasis en buenas condiciones laborales, dignidad, respeto y desarrollo profesional del personal de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4335\" data-end=\"4586\">Las discusiones tambi\u00e9n contribuyen al pr\u00f3ximo Plan de Acci\u00f3n Nacional de Mozambique sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos y apoyan la consideraci\u00f3n del gobierno de unirse a ICoCA, reflejando su compromiso con un sector de seguridad privada responsable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4588\" data-end=\"5075\">La misi\u00f3n de ICoCA reforz\u00f3 el valor de un compromiso sostenido y enfocado en el pa\u00eds. Trabajando estrechamente con todas las partes interesadas locales, la Asociaci\u00f3n garantiza que sus esfuerzos se adapten a las realidades locales, sean sostenibles y est\u00e9n plenamente alineados con su misi\u00f3n global.
