Dicho desv\u00edo puede suponer una grave amenaza para la seguridad y la estabilidad, especialmente en entornos afectados por conflictos o de alto riesgo, adem\u00e1s de exponer a las empresas a riesgos legales, reputacionales y financieros.<\/p>\n<p>Basada en los principios del C\u00f3digo Internacional de Conducta para Proveedores de Servicios de Seguridad Privada y alineada con marcos internacionalmente reconocidos, como los Principios Rectores sobre las Empresas y los Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas, la gu\u00eda ofrece un enfoque integral para la gesti\u00f3n de armas y material de guerra. Se basa en los indicadores de gesti\u00f3n publicados anteriormente por ICoCA y complementa recursos t\u00e9cnicos como MOSAIC y las Directrices T\u00e9cnicas Internacionales sobre Municiones (IATG).<\/p>\n<p>La gu\u00eda es de car\u00e1cter pr\u00e1ctico y se estructura en torno a temas clave, entre los que se incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Cumplimiento legal<\/b>: se hace hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de que las ESP se mantengan al d\u00eda y se ajusten tanto a la normativa nacional como a las obligaciones internacionales relacionadas con el control y la transferencia de armas.<\/li>\n<li><b>Seguridad y gesti\u00f3n de inventarios<\/b>: se promueven las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para garantizar el almacenamiento seguro, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la trazabilidad de las armas y el material en todo momento.<\/li>\n<li><b>Seguridad y gesti\u00f3n de inventarios<\/b>: se promueven las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para garantizar el almacenamiento seguro, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la trazabilidad de las armas y el material en todo momento.<\/li>\n<li><b>Funcionamiento del equipo<\/b>: se fomenta la creaci\u00f3n de sistemas para mantener, reparar y eliminar adecuadamente el equipo, con el fin de minimizar los riesgos y prolongar su vida \u00fatil.<\/li>\n<li><b>Seguridad y notificaci\u00f3n de incidentes<\/b>: se promueve una mentalidad de \u00abla seguridad es lo primero\u00bb y procedimientos formales para notificar e investigar incidentes, con el fin de garantizar una mejora continua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta gu\u00eda est\u00e1 dirigida principalmente al personal directivo de las empresas de seguridad privada, pero tambi\u00e9n es relevante para los operadores sobre el terreno, los formadores y los clientes privados o p\u00fablicos que deseen comprender las responsabilidades que conlleva la gesti\u00f3n de armas y material.
