{"id":70199,"date":"2025-04-08T10:07:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T10:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/2025\/04\/08\/icoca-apoya-a-los-estados-en-el-6a-oeigwg-sobre-emsp\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T08:52:54","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T08:52:54","slug":"icoca-supports-states-at-the-6th-oeigwg-on-pmscs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/es\/2025\/04\/08\/icoca-supports-states-at-the-6th-oeigwg-on-pmscs\/","title":{"rendered":"ICOCA APOYA A LOS ESTADOS EN EL 6\u00aa OEIGWG SOBRE EMSP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">ICoCA Apoya a los Estados en el 6\u00aa OEIWG Sobre EMSP<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ICoCA participa en la <strong>6\u00aa sesi\u00f3n del Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental de Composici\u00f3n Abierta (OEIGWG) sobre empresas militares y de seguridad privadas (EMSP)<\/strong>, que se celebra del 7 al 10 de abril de 2025 en la sede de las Naciones Unidas en Ginebra.<\/p>\n<p>Creado por el Consejo de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas en 2017 (resoluci\u00f3n 36\/11) y con su mandato renovado en 2020 y 2023, el OEIGWG se encarga de elaborar el contenido de un marco normativo internacional para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas por las violaciones vinculadas a las actividades de las EMSP.<\/p>\n<p>Los debates de esta semana se basan en el cuarto proyecto de instrumento revisado, publicado en julio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto que se est\u00e1 negociando esta semana se ajusta estrechamente al mandato de ICoCA y abarca \u00e1mbitos clave como la concesi\u00f3n de licencias y la supervisi\u00f3n, las normas operativas, los mecanismos de reclamaci\u00f3n y la transparencia p\u00fablica, todos ellos esenciales para garantizar una conducta responsable en el sector de la seguridad privada.<\/p>\n<p>Con una profunda experiencia sobre el terreno, ICoCA se encuentra en una posici\u00f3n \u00fanica para ayudar a los Estados a abordar los retos pr\u00e1cticos que se plantean en estos debates. Sabemos lo que se necesita para convertir los principios en acci\u00f3n.
