Las mujeres siguen estando infrarrepresentadas en los puestos de alto nivel y se enfrentan a barreras como el acoso, la violencia de g\u00e9nero y la presi\u00f3n para conciliar las responsabilidades familiares y laborales. Los estereotipos y la falta de condiciones favorables tambi\u00e9n dificultan su progreso en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de estos obst\u00e1culos, cada vez hay m\u00e1s aceptaci\u00f3n y defensa de las mujeres en la industria.
