La Primera Visita de ICoCA a Egipto Pone de Relieve el Impulso para Est\u00e1ndares Seguridad m\u00e1s Altos<\/h2>\n

Del 5 al 7 de mayo de 2025, ICoCA realiz\u00f3 su primera visita oficial a Egipto, marcando un hito clave en su compromiso con el Medio Oriente y \u00c1frica del Norte.<\/p>\n

El evento principal de la visita fue la participaci\u00f3n de ICoCA en la primera conferencia de Egipto sobre Derechos humanos y desarrollo sostenible en la seguridad privada<\/em>. Organizado por Ahmed Elserafy y acogido por Lafarge Egipto y Holcim, un observador de ICoCA, el evento reuni\u00f3 a proveedores de seguridad egipcios e internacionales, grandes clientes corporativos, actores de la sociedad civil y representantes gubernamentales en una reuni\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica para el sector.<\/p>\n

Una Plataforma de Di\u00e1logo para la Industria<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"La conferencia cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de las empresas de seguridad privada egipcias All Care Security, Miembro Transitorio de ICoCA, y Eagles Egypt Security, Afiliado, junto a varios observadores de ICoCA, como Philip Morris International, bp, ABB y Holcim. Tambi\u00e9n brind\u00f3 una oportunidad valiosa para que ICoCA se reconectara con GE y estableciera nuevas relaciones con empresas como Schneider Electric y Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB. Una conclusi\u00f3n clave fue la necesidad de liderazgo desde los niveles m\u00e1s altos. Las mejoras sostenibles en las condiciones laborales y los est\u00e1ndares profesionales dependen del reconocimiento, por parte de los ejecutivos, del valor a largo plazo de invertir en proveedores de seguridad \u00e9ticos y respetuosos de los derechos humanos. ICoCA subray\u00f3 el papel de los clientes en la transformaci\u00f3n del sector a trav\u00e9s de la contrataci\u00f3n. Fortalecimiento de Asociaciones de Confianza<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la conferencia, ICoCA se reuni\u00f3 con los principales l\u00edderes de All Care Security y Eagles Egypt Security. Estas conversaciones reflejaron el creciente enfoque en los derechos humanos y el profesionalismo dentro del sector de seguridad privada de Egipto. ICoCA contin\u00faa apoyando este progreso a trav\u00e9s de orientaci\u00f3n personalizada y participaci\u00f3n, incluso antes de que las empresas se unan formalmente como miembros. Con tarifas de membres\u00eda anuales a partir de 1.000 USD, ICoCA sigue siendo accesible para las peque\u00f1as empresas locales que buscan alinearse con el C\u00f3digo Internacional de Conducta y elevar sus est\u00e1ndares.<\/p>\n

Paralelamente, ICoCA tambi\u00e9n mantuvo conversaciones con Hany Osman de Infinity Holdings, un organismo de certificaci\u00f3n con sede en Egipto que opera en todo el Medio Oriente.
