Esta semana, ICoCA se encuentra en Uganda, impartiendo formaci\u00f3n esencial a m\u00e1s de 70 directores y altos cargos de empresas de seguridad privada en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Estamos encantados de colaborar con TUPSA, la asociaci\u00f3n de seguridad privada de Uganda, para dotar a los l\u00edderes del sector de los conocimientos y competencias necesarios para ajustarse a las normas mundiales, mejorar la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y promover la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n

Este esfuerzo forma parte de una iniciativa m\u00e1s amplia de TUPSA para responder a la preocupaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica sobre la calidad de la formaci\u00f3n del personal de seguridad. Mediante estos programas y la inversi\u00f3n en acreditaci\u00f3n internacional, el sector de la seguridad privada de Uganda aspira a mejorar su posici\u00f3n competitiva m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las fronteras nacionales. Nuestro trabajo conjunto fomenta la profesionalidad, el cumplimiento normativo y el compromiso compartido de mejorar el bienestar de los empleados y mantener los m\u00e1s altos niveles \u00e9ticos de conducta.<\/p>\n
