Bajo el lema \u00abElevar los est\u00e1ndares\u00bb, los delegados adoptaron un ambicioso plan para hacer frente a los bajos salarios, la inseguridad laboral y las condiciones de trabajo inseguras en los sectores de la limpieza y la seguridad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-2 flex gap-3 empty:hidden -ml-2\">\n<div class=\"items-center justify-start rounded-xl p-1 z-10 -mt-1 bg-token-main-surface-primary md:absolute flex\">\n<div class=\"flex items-center\">\n<p>Un punto clave fue la aprobaci\u00f3n de <em>la Propuesta 1: Elevar las Normas mediante el Crecimiento y la Organizaci\u00f3n<\/em>, dise\u00f1ada para ampliar la afiliaci\u00f3n sindical y mejorar los acuerdos con grandes empleadores como G4S y Securitas Group.
