Un consorcio de sociedad civil, liderado por ICoCA, enviaron un <a href=\"https:\/\/corteidh.or.cr\/sitios\/observaciones\/OC-32\/2_cod_conduct.pdf\">amicus curiae<\/a> a la Corte hablando de la importancia de proteger los defensores de derechos humanos en el contexto extractivo.<\/p>\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del consorcio, Diana Milena Murcia, Consultorio Jur\u00eddico de la Universidad El Bosque en Colombia, recomend\u00f3 que la Corte exprese su apoyo al Documento de Montreux y al C\u00f3digo Internacional de Conducta, como expresi\u00f3n de su visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica sobre la importancia de una regulaci\u00f3n adecuada de la seguridad privada en la regi\u00f3n.
