Como fiduciarios, los inversores institucionales, incluidos los fideicomisarios de planes de pensiones y los gestores de inversiones, est\u00e1n obligados a identificar y mitigar estos posibles impactos adversos.<\/p>\n<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con la <a href=\"https:\/\/investorsforhumanrights.org\/\">Investor Alliance for Human Rights<\/a>, ICoCA elabor\u00f3 una<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/icoca.ch\/esg\/guide\/\">Gu\u00eda ESG para Inversores sobre Seguridad Privada y Derechos Humanos<\/a><\/strong> con los siguientes objetivos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aumentar la concienciaci\u00f3n sobre los riesgos para los derechos humanos asociados a las inversiones en empresas que utilizan proveedores de seguridad privada;<\/li>\n<li>Ayudar a las empresas de inversi\u00f3n a abordar estos riesgos a lo largo del ciclo de vida de la inversi\u00f3n con diez acciones recomendadas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La Directiva de la UE sobre Diligencia Debida en materia de Sostenibilidad Corporativa (CSDDD), recientemente aprobada, impone una conducta empresarial responsable y deja claro en su anexo que la seguridad privada estar\u00e1 sometida a un escrutinio particular.
