A lo largo del a\u00f1o pasado, ICoCA se centr\u00f3 en algunas cuestiones importantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los retos a los que se enfrenta el personal de seguridad privada en el lugar de trabajo?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afectan estas condiciones al desempe\u00f1o y al comportamiento en el trabajo y al bienestar en casa?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las soluciones a estos retos?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las condiciones de trabajo determinan directamente las interacciones del personal con los clientes, otros vigilantes y las comunidades en las que se desarrollan las operaciones de seguridad privada.
