El Consejo de Derechos Humanos reconoci\u00f3 la importancia de proporcionar al grupo de trabajo los conocimientos y el asesoramiento especializados necesarios para cumplir su mandato, por lo que invita a expertos y partes interesadas a participar en su labor. La segunda sesi\u00f3n del grupo de trabajo intergubernamental de composici\u00f3n abierta se celebr\u00f3 del 26 al 29 de abril de 2021.
