Para ellos, \u00abninguna mujer podr\u00eda hacer ese trabajo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Conozco los nombres de los 371 agentes de seguridad de mi secci\u00f3n, los centros clientes en los que trabajan y las instalaciones de esos centros. Tengo que encargarme de planificar y gestionar los estados de \u00e1nimo y las preocupaciones de la gente. El trabajo por turnos repercute claramente en mi vida familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos que respetar nuestros compromisos con los clientes y el primero de ellos es la puntualidad al inicio del turno de nuestros agentes de seguridad. No se puede llegar tarde, y los d\u00edas empiezan temprano. Cr\u00e9eme, se necesita cierta fuerza para rega\u00f1ar a los rezagados o recordar las normas. Debo admitir que la necesidad de tener ese car\u00e1cter fuerte y la capacidad de imponer la ley fue una fuente de preocupaci\u00f3n al principio.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora disfruto con lo que hago y me gustar\u00eda llegar m\u00e1s lejos. Alg\u00fan d\u00eda, ser nombrada \u00abJefa de \u00e1rea\u00bb ser\u00eda una bonita respuesta a quienes dudaban de m\u00ed, y demostrar\u00eda a algunos hombres que para las mujeres lo importante es nuestra competencia y que podemos hacer lo mismo que ellos. Cumplir los compromisos con el cliente puede a veces perturbar tus propios planes personales. As\u00ed que, aunque sigo implicada, tambi\u00e9n intento equilibrar mi vida familiar. La estabilidad familiar es beneficiosa para ser un empleado comprometido, por lo que debes vigilar de cerca ambas partes de tu vida.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque las cosas est\u00e1n evolucionando, es lamentable que, debido a su cultura y a la sociedad a la que pertenecen, algunas mujeres se hayan convencido incluso a s\u00ed mismas de que ciertas profesiones les est\u00e1n vedadas.
