\n\u00bfC\u00f3mo entr\u00f3 en el sector de la seguridad privada?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Llevo dos d\u00e9cadas en el sector y 6 a\u00f1os en mi puesto actual de directora de operaciones. Antes trabajaba como empleada eventual en East African Breweries Limited, donde KK Security (ahora GardaWorld) se encargaba de la seguridad. Desarroll\u00e9 mi inter\u00e9s por el sector gracias a la interacci\u00f3n constante con los vigilantes de seguridad y el trabajo que realizaban; pronto pas\u00e9 a trabajar como vigilante de seguridad y luego en la sala de control, y ya nunca me he ido.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo es un d\u00eda normal de trabajo para usted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Actualmente soy directora de operaciones en la Delegaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito Industrial. Mis funciones son muy variadas e incluyen la gesti\u00f3n de asuntos disciplinarios de Guardforce, la realizaci\u00f3n de investigaciones sobre incidentes que se produzcan en mi \u00e1rea, la contribuci\u00f3n al crecimiento de la empresa y el desarrollo y la identificaci\u00f3n de oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de mi equipo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 se siente al ser mujer y trabajar en un sector que la gente suele considerar masculino?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ha sido todo un reto porque, en un campo dominado por hombres, la gente tiene muchas ideas preconcebidas y a veces tienes que imponer tu autoridad para que te tomen en serio.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, las mujeres no deben rehuir incorporarse a este sector. Si lo aceptas, te fijas objetivos y mantienes la integridad y tus principios en todo lo que haces, seguro que puedes triunfar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
