Sin embargo, la violencia de los hombres contra las mujeres sigue siendo un importante problema social.<\/p>\n<p>Para construir una sociedad con igualdad de g\u00e9nero y libre de violencia, SRS mantiene desde 2014 una asociaci\u00f3n \u00fanica de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa con Unizon, la principal organizaci\u00f3n sueca de refugios para mujeres. SRS ofrece servicios de asesoramiento en seguridad y Unizon educa a nuestros empleados sobre la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Unizon y sus organizaciones miembros ofrecen apoyo y protecci\u00f3n a las mujeres y trabajan en la prevenci\u00f3n y la defensa, utilizando sus conocimientos y experiencia sobre violencia, g\u00e9nero y poder y la relaci\u00f3n entre ellos. Al reunir bajo un mismo paraguas m\u00e1s de 130 centros de acogida para mujeres, centros de capacitaci\u00f3n para mujeres j\u00f3venes y otros servicios de apoyo, Unizon proporciona ayuda diaria a mujeres, j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os maltratados, independientemente de su situaci\u00f3n vital y su procedencia. Los centros de acogida tramitan m\u00e1s de 90 000 casos de ayuda al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La cooperaci\u00f3n de SRS con Unizon representa un paso importante en nuestro compromiso con los derechos humanos. Para SRS, apoyar a las organizaciones que trabajan por la igualdad es algo natural. Todos los empleados de SRS participan en nuestro trabajo con Unizon y para prevenir la violencia contra las mujeres. REC aborda temas importantes como la violencia de g\u00e9nero, la explotaci\u00f3n sexual y los abusos. El primer curso REC de un total de tres se puso en marcha a principios de 2020 y en \u00e9l han participado todos los empleados de SRS.
