4th Annual General Assembly



  • The General Assembly will take place on Thursday 12 October 2017 at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Building in Geneva, Switzerland. The WMO Building is located at 7 bis Avenue de la Paix, 1211 Genève.

  • The programme is now available here.

  • Registration for the event is obligatory and participants who have not pre-registered will not be admitted. Registration closes on 10 October 2017. Please register below.

  • The General Assembly will be conducted in English. Should there be sufficient interest, simultaneous interpretation will be offered from English to French and/or Spanish. Please indicate your interest in a simultaneous interpretation by selecting the relevant option in the registration form below.

  • The agenda will include two ICoCA Panel Discussions in the afternoon on Company Grievance Mechanisms and Client Perspectives, and conclude with the results of Board elections and a networking reception.           

  • Members who cannot attend the General Assembly are requested to submit their proxy in order for their vote to be counted. The proxy form and information is available here.
